Executive/Senior Executive, Travel Claims

Consumer GI Operations supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. The team plays a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing, and Claims processing. As an Executive/Senior Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities

• Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit
• Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement
• Liaise with external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjusters, or assistance companies where necessary
• Be vigilant and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation
• Assist the supervisor in preparing and analysing exception reports and daily productivity reports

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma holder in any field
• Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, ComGI preferred
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity preferred
• Analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Service-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
