Executive/Senior Executive, Non-Travel Claims

Overview

Consumer GI Operations supports General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. We contribute to the GI Consumer Business by supporting stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing, and Claims processing. This role is for an Executive/Senior Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims.

Responsibilities

• Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit
• Ensure prompt, fair, and reasonable claims settlement
• Liaise with external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjusters, or assistance companies where necessary
• Be vigilant and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation
• Assist the supervisor in preparing and analyzing exception reports and daily productivity reports

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, or ComGI are preferred
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Service-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
