Third Party Direct Claims Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Establishing if the policy is engaged and evaluate the liability against our policyholder
• Ascertain, verify and assess the damages
• Negotiate settlement that is in the best interest of the parties
• Be vigilant and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder in any field
• Candidates with insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI) preferred
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity preferred
• Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
