Key Responsibilities

• Support other team deliveries including user acceptance testing, business management reports, experience and profit monitoring, and reinsurance tender.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting filings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights for project delivery using external and internal data sources.
• Adopt design thinking and agile frameworks in delivering projects.
• Ensure deliveries adhere to the department's risk and compliance best practices.

Requirements

• University students with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, with aspiration toward actuarial credentials from a recognized international actuarial body.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Adaptable and open to a dynamic working environment; willing to explore new ways of working.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of programming languages is an advantage.

As an actuarial intern in Income’s Actuarial department, you will assist the team with data analysis, reporting, and project work that supports business and regulatory objectives. This role provides exposure to actuarial practices, collaboration with stakeholders, and opportunities to apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
