2026 APAC Long Internship (Jul - Dec) – Securities Services, Client Delivery (Singapore)

What You Will Do

As a Business Implementation Change Management, Billing & Transformation Office Intern, you will:

• Manage end-to-end coordination of new client onboarding and change requests from initiation to GO-Live.
• Coordinate transitions for existing clients, including fund launches, terminations, restructuring, and related activities.
• Coordinate account and market opening forms between clients and the network team.
• Deepen relationships with stakeholders and clients, proactively managing issues related to requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Assist in establishing project governance with internal business units for coordination, planning, and tracking.
• Support regular strategic client meetings by documenting and understanding onboarding and transition timelines, deliverables, requirements, key dependencies, and tracking to closure, escalating when necessary.
• Assist in completing documentation for implementation sign-off, audit, and control.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, specifically Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales, and Relationship Managers, to manage pipeline, resourcing, and project handovers.
• Support business billing lifecycle activities.
• Support transversal and local projects aligned with Singapore Management Committee priorities across the Securities Services business.
