Business Area

BNP Paribas’ Global Markets business offers a broad range of products and services in global interest rates, credit, currency, equities, and commodity markets. Global Markets helps clients raise and invest capital effectively and manage exposure to risk. The client base includes corporations, institutional investors, banks, governments, and supranational organisations, with global reach across almost all world currencies.

The AI Team drives innovation and AI transformation across Global Markets business lines, including client platforms, internal tools, and third-party technologies. The team also strengthens the Global Markets relationship with fintech partners, aligned with Global Markets’ business strategies and working with the strategic investment team.

Job Purpose

As a GenAI GTM Product Manager (Analyst level), you will build MVP and scalable solutions leveraging the latest AI capabilities to deliver high-value products and use cases for the business. You will collaborate with the AI Lab, technology teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI (LLM) solutions across Global Markets using the latest AI technologies (e.g., Large Language Models) in collaboration with the technical team.
• Continuously monitor and improve performance and usage of solutions throughout their lifecycle, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Stay current with the latest AI-related technologies and market developments.
• Work closely with Global Markets Product Managers and AI Leads to shape future capabilities, remove blockers, suggest improvements, and ensure reuse of delivered solutions across businesses (partially or fully).

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience building and deploying technical solutions leveraging the latest AI technology.
• Strong programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic use cases.
• Good understanding of the concepts and algorithms underlying LLMs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
