Role Description and Purpose
This internship role supports the initiatives of the Brand & Communications Department. Responsibilities include client and CSR event planning, report preparation and data consolidation, coordination of digital communications content, and departmental housekeeping work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in planning, developing, and executing client events, including venue sourcing, coordinating with vendors, and providing onsite support.
- Help develop engaging event content to promote events across various channels, including invitations, social media, and PowerPoint presentations, to ensure alignment with brand and event messaging.
- Liaise with NGOs to plan and arrange CSR activities.
- Consolidate data from different markets, track progress, and create reports for client events and a CSR dashboard to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
- Assist in generating localized social media content for channels such as WeChat and LinkedIn.
- Provide administrative and procurement support to the Brand & Communications team.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Internal
- Liaise with departments across different regions to support event planning, event execution, and social media content execution.
External
- Coordinate with vendors to prepare proposals for client events and CSR activities to ensure all elements are in place for seamless execution, and support social media content to build brand awareness.
Role Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Language, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months (target period: July to December 2026).
- Good English and Cantonese Chinese language skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using marketing and event management platforms such as Slido and Teams is a plus.
- Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful mindset.
- Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, self-motivated attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
