Intern, Talent & Transformation (Aug 2026 Intake)

Overview

Mercer Singapore is seeking talented individuals to join our Talent and Transformation team. As an intern in our Talent and Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and help translate data into meaningful insights about HR trends.

Responsibilities

• Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
• Provide well-researched and thoughtful deliverables.
• Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
• Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from August 2026.
• A passion for learning about various areas of HR.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Writing samples or samples of project planning capabilities from university assignments or other projects.
• Most importantly, be enjoyable to work with.
