Internship Details

Division: Asian Investment Banking Division, ECA, Commodities & Trade Finance Department, Commodity Trade Finance

Role: Commodity Trade Finance Intern

Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

Location: Singapore (open to Singaporean and PR students only)

Job Description

• Prepare financial analysis as part of credit application proposals
• Partner with front office Relationship Managers to gain a better understanding of banking products and structured financing
• Prepare a research paper on a commodity-related industry to complement credit application proposals
• Provide marketing support to Relationship Managers for transactions
• Support ad-hoc projects for the team (including client onboarding and KYC-related activities)

Job Requirements

• Background in accounting, finance, and/or business administration
• Fundamental understanding of accounting and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong business writing skills
