Assistant Relationship Manager, Cash Business Development SG

Responsibilities

• Support the Cash Business Development Team in direct and indirect sales initiatives to contribute to revenue.
• Provide pre- and post-sales service and support to the team.
• Handle general incoming inquiries from internal customers.
• Assist in obtaining company searches, credit checks, and valuation reports for new customers/prospects.
• Facilitate account opening and ensure required documentation is fulfilled for internal customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation for internal customers.
• Assist in preparing various tracking reports (sales tracking, statistics reports, etc.).
• Perform general administration and logistics duties for the Sales Teams.
• Compile regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Teams.
• Serve as a liaison and communication bridge between the frontline sales team and various internal stakeholder departments.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant banking experience
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
• Proficient computer skills
