IT Procurement Intern

Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

Job Description

The Procurement Intern will gain exposure to various tasks relating to sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and procurement risk. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience for anyone considering a career in Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, which may include requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders.
• Assist in the update of procurement databases and tools to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends and supplier performance and contribute to category management and sourcing strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
• Assist in resolving procurement issues.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
