Responsibilities

A. Account Servicing and Administrative Support

• Open accounts, complete application forms, and handle related documentation for Treasures
• Answer general enquiries from Treasures customers in branches and by phone
• Assist TRMs to maintain and build relationships with Treasures
• Handle relevant correspondence, records, and all related administrative duties
• Compile statistics, analyses, and reports

B. Promotion of Treasures Products and Services

• Source and identify suitable products for Treasures as directed by TRMs
• Prepare sales and promotion materials for TRMs (e.g., investment profile reviews) and perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the Treasures Centre Manager and TRMs
• Call Treasures customers to update them on the latest products, market information, and account status
• Introduce and explain investment products and their associated risks to Treasures customers
• Identify financial needs of Treasures customers and report to TRMs for follow-up
• Perform regulated activities, Type 1 and Type 4, under the Securities & Futures Ordinance
• Reflect customer feedback and competitive situations to the Treasures Centre Manager and TRMs

C. Customer Experience Management

• Provide superior service to customers in accordance with the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and the Bank’s service standards
• Process and follow through customer requests and enquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Oversee day-to-day Treasures Centre environment and service quality; raise issues or suggestions to the Branch when required

D. Audit and Compliance Control

• Adhere to bank policies, standards, procedures, security, and internal control measures
• Comply with internal policies and procedures, including staff licensing, fit and properness, anti-money laundering policy, Know Your Customer principles, and the refined sales process; assist CSM to ensure KYC, AML, and documentation completeness in account openings and deals
• Improve and maintain work processes, audit controls, and compliance quality through leadership, education, monitoring, and remedial action
• Comply with the registered capacity and any conditions imposed by the HKMA, including the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in account servicing within the consumer banking industry
• Degree holder, preferably in business or finance-related discipline
• Must be registered RI (Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; or equivalent
• Must be registered TR (General and Long Term, including linked long term) with passes in IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5; or equivalent
• Note: New staff without the required general insurance qualification must pass IIQE Paper 2 within three months of commencing service
• Exposure to investment products and priority banking services is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
