1-Year DBS Direct Contract, Specialist, Credit Control, Risk Management Group

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform documentation checks and ensure facility and collateral documents comply with the approved terms in credit memos.
• Conduct pre-activation checks to ensure conditions precedent are met, collateral is in place, and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines prior to activation of credit facilities.
• Follow up with the law firm on security documents registration and perfection.
• Maintain and perform system updates for activation and revision of credit facilities.
• Monitor outstanding documents, covenants, re-valuations, and insurance renewal for collateral.
• Prepare and generate escalation reports on a timely basis.
• Process cancellation of credit facilities and redemption of mortgage.
• Assist in automation and digitalization initiatives by working closely with project teams on specifications, UAT, system conversion, and implementation exercises.
• Perform administrative functions as directed by the supervisor from time to time.

Functional / Technical Competencies

Knowledge of banking and financial services in Consumer/Wealth Management banking is an advantage.

Minimum Work Experience

1 year of working experience.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

University degree in Business, Accountancy, or Banking & Finance.
