Job summary

Be part of a high-performing global Onboarding team spanning London, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong. In this Onboarding Analyst role, you’ll be part of a team committed to consistently delivering an outstanding contribution to the CACIB global Onboarding process, through the pursuit of Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision of Regulatory Onboarding solutions focused on business-as-usual, pre-trade elements, across:
  • KYC & Regulatory Onboarding
  • KYC Periodic Review
  • Change Management
• Project involvement
• Operational Integrity – Ensuring service delivery is balanced with robust operational integrity, managing core Onboarding-related lifecycle issues, including:
  • Periodic KYC Review
  • Delivery of associated regulatory remediation topics
  • Managing all necessary portfolio and Relationship Management controls
  • Implementation of Filiere Tiers/FS-driven initiatives
  • Rolling programme of wider continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and integrity

Onboarding Knowledge

• Maximise adoption of Onboarding best practices through constant interaction with clients, peers, and industry bodies
• Establish and maintain strong knowledge of regional Onboarding practices and regulatory requirements
• Representation in all relevant regulatory adherence meetings and committees

Project Management

Manage and deliver a variety of projects related to regulatory development and continuous improvement of the core service offering, using Lean and Agile project methodology where appropriate to the target solution.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in KYC Onboarding and/or remediation in a financial services environment or regulatory context would be beneficial.
