Job Summary

Are you a recent graduate with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? We are seeking an Intern for our Macro Structuring team to apply analytical thinking, creativity, and teamwork to real-world financial challenges. You will support senior structurers in London, focusing on innovative financial solutions for our Financial Institutions (FIs) clients. This role provides hands-on experience in financial markets, working with sales, trading, and other key departments to develop and implement structured products.

Key Responsibilities

• Client and Product Support: Prepare and present marketing materials for external client meetings and internal strategy discussions. Work with sales to develop product solutions, including pricing strategies and client pitches. Collaborate with trading and other desks to analyse pricing and the impact of market changes on product offerings.
• Product Development: Contribute to the innovation and development of new products in response to market demands and regulatory changes. Create new pricing tools and models to enhance product offerings.
• Education and Communication: Help educate the sales team on using advanced pricing systems and keep them updated on new features and market developments. Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external clients to ensure effectiveness and compliance of financial solutions.

Education

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Experience

• Previous internships in Fixed Income Structuring or Non-linear trading within a primary Investment Bank are highly desirable

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in structured products and XVA pricing/systems
• Excellent communication skills in English; another European language besides French is desirable
