Assistant Case Manager (GCB 6)
Responsibilities
- Provide support on end-to-end High Net Worth (HNW) new business case management in accordance with underwriting, compliance, regulatory and Group requirements and the agreed service lead time.
- Process cases accurately, effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper and complete documentation is filed in the internal records with quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support business channels in achieving sales targets.
- Consistently and accurately provide updated case information to all key stakeholders.
- Handle case inquiries from sales staff, brokers and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Carry out administrative work and prepare new business-related reports for the business channel/partner.
- Proactively support ad-hoc and additional tasks as assigned by Team Leader/Senior Manager.
Qualifications
- University degree holder; Higher Diploma with relevant experience will be considered.
- Relevant experience in the life insurance industry, preferably bancassurance with HNW case management and/or new business operations experience.
- LOMA qualifications or progress towards LOMA courses is a plus.
- Strong sense of teamwork, ownership and a servicing mindset to deliver efficient case management processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
