Role

Hospitality/Operations Executive (Singapore) – on client premises. You will support business needs with outstanding communication and customer service in a high-end corporate environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience Management

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the delivery of high-quality services and amenities.
  • Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate meeting rooms.
  • Prepare espresso coffees at Barista level and other beverages as required.
  • Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Ensure boardrooms/meeting rooms are set up correctly and in a timely, professional fashion for all meetings.
  • Assist with venue setup and execution of events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve guest experience.

Operations Management

  • Provide support to the front office reception counter when the receptionist is on leave.
  • Work with housekeeping and facilities/technical teams.
  • Implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Financial Management

  • Assist in developing and managing operational budgets related to events and front-of-house services.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.

Health, Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain a comfortable environment for guests and staff.
  • Report potential hazards to the line manager.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven first-class food and beverage experience – corporate waiter, lounge, or hotel background preferred.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience making coffee at Barista level.
  • Experience working in conferencing or events environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with superior customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Great energy, flexible approach, and immaculate presentation.
