Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including maintenance and upkeep of company facilities at all warehouses.
• Manage and handle annual electrical licensing and other licenses for renewal.
• Source contractors and obtain quotations for necessary maintenance work; review maintenance term contracts.
• Handle A&A works and renovation projects.
• Steer warehouse operations to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives, and process improvements.
• Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance, including periodic safety and health risk assessments.
• Ensure implementation of policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Coordinate periodic maintenance of facilities and escalate any malfunctions to the Realty Facility Manager.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Facility-related or relevant diploma certificate.
• Fire Safety Manager and Workplace Safety & Health certificate will be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations in the real estate and property management industry.
• Experience with SFA licensing applications will be an advantage.
