2026 Investment Banking MBA Early Insights Program

Program Overview

Morgan Stanley’s MBA Early Insights program provides students with an overview of our firm, our apprenticeship culture, the financial services industry, and the campus recruitment process. During the program, you’ll gain insights into the rigor and partnership that drives our work, connect with recruiting and business representatives, and learn how a career can unfold at a world-class firm. Since 1935, Morgan Stanley has been a global leader in financial services, evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and communities in more than 40 countries.

Virtual program hosted over two sessions during the week of August 10, 2026. Content will cover Morgan Stanley, our culture, the financial services industry, and the campus recruitment process. Sample agenda (details shared upon acceptance):

• Day 1: Morgan Stanley Overview & Case Study
• Day 2: Navigating the Recruiting Process, Panel, Informational Coffee Chat & Technical Training

Program Eligibility

• Open to all incoming first-year MBA students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
• Graduate students with limited exposure to the financial services industry are encouraged to apply
