2027 Investment Banking Industrial Placement / Summer Analyst Program (Hong Kong / Singapore / Seoul)

Internship Programs: Our Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts participate in an immersive orientation program to learn about our culture, responsibilities, and the firm. The program provides division-specific training in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation, and exposure to a wide range of transactions. Analysts also have opportunities to network with peers, mentors, and senior managers through team-building sessions and meaningful project work during their internship. The programs are designed to provide a realistic view of Investment Banking by having interns assume the functions of Full-Time Analysts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed company, industry, and financial information.
• Prepare financial analyses and exhibits, including comparable company analyses, precedent transaction analyses, and performance benchmarking materials.
• Build financial models to evaluate valuation and transaction outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current undergraduate bachelor’s or master’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between October 2027 and July 2028.
• Knowledge of and a keen interest in finance.
• Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasking, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and leadership potential.
• High level of motivation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Commercial instinct and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Business fluency in Mandarin is an advantage for the Hong Kong program.
• Business fluency in a Southeast Asian language is an advantage for the Singapore program.
• Business fluency in Korean is required for the Seoul program.

Internship Period

Industrial Placement Program: 6 months between January and July 2027.

Summer Analyst Program: 10 weeks between June and August 2027.
