Placement Program

Overview

BlackRock offers placement opportunities for a duration of 12 months. This programme is for candidates graduating in 2029 who are required by their degree to complete a long-term internship. The placement provides the chance to work closely with and add value to a specific team, set and complete objectives, and gain exposure to BlackRock’s culture and ethos. During the placement, you will develop new skills and gain valuable experience within the asset management industry. At the end of the programme, you may consider applying to the Full-Time Analyst Programme.

• Potential pathway: Opportunity to apply to the Full-Time Analyst Programme after completion

Eligibility & Application Rules

• Candidates may apply for only one programme (e.g., Placement Programme or Summer Internship Programme) and up to two functions within that programme (e.g., Investment Research and Analytics & Modeling).
• You must apply for both opportunities using the same programme application.
• If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application for this programme in the same year.

• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; we encourage early application.
• After submitting your application, you will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment. You have up to five days to submit the assessment; failure to do so will result in automatic withdrawal.
