Your Role

What you do

  • Core Banking System Projects: assist in the development, testing, and implementation of Core Banking System projects, gaining exposure to banking technology solutions
  • Operational Support: support operational process analysis and optimisation to enable efficient day-to-day business operations
  • System Support: work closely with the System Owner to manage, monitor, and optimise Global Wholesale Banking systems
  • Data & Analysis Support: assist with business or system analysis, reporting, and visualisation to support operational insights
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on additional system, operational, or project-related initiatives as required

Who you work with

You’ll be part of the Operations Support & Systems team within Global Corporate Banking, collaborating with operations, technology, and business stakeholders across the Bank. The team ensures system stability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, providing exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a large banking environment.

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate student interested in banking operations, systems, or technology
  • Curious, analytical, and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, structured processes, and systems
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
