Job Description

• Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
• Make and confirm reservations
• Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests
• Handle cash floats during night shifts and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shift
• Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reports
• Account for all financial transactions at the front desk accurately during your shift
• Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation
• Record and address residents’ complaints and feedback, and perform the appropriate service recovery
• Perform end-of-day procedures and produce daily reports
• Perform related tasks as assigned
