Preferred Knowledge / Skills

• Design and development of data cleansing routines using standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking, and matching that leverage data, master data, metadata, and technology management.
• Support senior team members in gathering business requirements, data requirements, data analysis, and testing for data strategy, data roadmap, and data solution implementation projects.
• Support technology and data solution assessments to provide point-of-view and recommendations.
• Basic to moderate experience in data analytics and data science, including data wrangling, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling. Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation, visualization, and exploratory analysis is expected.
• Automation of processes and analytics using technologies such as Alteryx, ABBYY OCR, UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, and Tableau. Knowledge about LLM or AI automations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good to have: basic understanding of finance systems functionality, such as General Ledgers, Sub-Ledgers, Finance Data Warehouse / Repositories, and related applications.

Minimum Years Of Experience

Fresh graduates or 1–2+ years of experience handling core technical portions in any automation process.
