We are looking for a proactive and innovative Digital Strategy & Transformation Intern to support AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across the business. This role offers hands-on exposure to business analysis, process improvement, emerging technologies, stakeholder engagement, and innovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in digital transformation, AI, automation, and business strategy to gain practical experience in driving organizational change and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation initiatives by conducting research, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement across strategic projects.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help design innovative solutions using AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Participate in AI adoption programs, including use case discovery, prompt engineering, testing, and impact assessment.
• Perform market research and benchmarking on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital best practices.
• Support workshops, innovation events, hackathons, and community-building activities related to AI and digital transformation.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Final year or penultimate year students from any discipline, preferably majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools.
