Internal Services - Co-Op Intern - Finance Strategy & Transformation - Winter 2027

The Finance & Administration Transformation group is an internal consulting group that partners with the Deloitte CFO and Finance leadership to shape the future of Finance at Deloitte. Initiatives include leading Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, assessing the Finance & Administration’s organizational structure and strategic priorities, identifying and implementing digital finance solutions, and helping Deloitte businesses achieve predictable, profitable growth.

Work You'll Do

You will work with team members in the Transformation group to execute strategic initiatives designed to achieve our vision of a world-class Finance organization. Your role will support efforts to identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and realign the Finance organization to realize opportunities. These are high-visibility projects sponsored by the Deloitte CFO to help Finance achieve its long-term goals.

• Creating PowerPoint presentations to communicate various aspects of initiatives to senior Deloitte leadership across Finance & Administration and other functions.
• Developing, owning, and modifying detailed Excel models to conduct what-if analyses and perform other analytical tasks.
• Collaborating with staff, managers, and senior managers across multiple Deloitte functions and geographies.

Qualifications Requirements

Required:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2028.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or a related/equivalent program.
• Completion of at least one prior Co-Op experience.
• Start date for this position is in January 2027.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on assigned work, clients, and industries/sectors.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
• Strong academic track record (3.5 cumulative GPA required).
• Ability to attend all in-person core programming sessions.
• Must reside within a commutable distance (e.g., 100-mile radius) by the start date and be able to commute daily, if required.

Compensation and Application Details

A reasonable estimate of the current wage range is $36/hour. The wage range takes into account various factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differential.
