Key Responsibilities by Role

Project Consultant

• Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements.
• Work with various teams to ensure that client requirements, budget, and project milestones are met.

UX Consultant / Creative Designer

• Convert creative concepts into real-world designs, incorporating UX/journey considerations.
• Apply UI/UX awareness to create intuitive and compelling interfaces for web, app, and mobile platforms.
• Utilize strong presentation skills to successfully convince stakeholders of design choices.

Technical Engineer

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to improve usability and interaction using the latest front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JQuery/Vue) or back-end technologies (ASP.NET).
• Work closely with the project team from infrastructure (web/cloud) setup through coding and deployment.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues and incidents through debugging, log analysis, and architecture review.
• Uphold high coding and testing standards, ensuring all work complies with established guidelines.

DevSecOps Engineer (AMS Support)

• Set up and support the AMS Support consultant and Technical Engineers on the DevSecOps pipeline to maintain internal processes and improve code quality and deployment efficiency.
• Perform code analysis to easily recognize and resolve any vulnerabilities.
• Conduct compliance and security training for internal consultants and developers to ensure proper onboarding and adherence to setup.
• Identify threats within code update processes and perform vulnerability assessments through code analysis.
• Collaborate with the AMS Support consultant on process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Note: Qualifications vary by specific role.

Project Consultant

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in project management within UX, Web, or Digital is an advantage.

UX Consultant / Creative Designer

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or holding a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering.
• Experience in Digital Web Technologies or UX Design is an advantage.
• Experience in creating UX deliverables such as interfaces, sketches, user/web flows, and personas.

Technical Engineer

• Proficiency in at least one of the following specializations: front and back-end web development, mobile development, blockchain or distributed ledger technology, robotics process automation, IoT, cloud engineering, or technical architecture.

DevSecOps Engineer

Proficiency in the full DevSecOps pipeline tools (conceptual knowledge is acceptable).
