AI Solutions Developer, Associate/ Senior Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven Associate AI Solutions Developer (early career) to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and AI engineering, offering hands-on exposure to enterprise AI applications. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Agent Design & Development

• Assist in designing, building, and configuring AI agents using tools such as Copilot Studio and related platforms
• Support development of agent logic, workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation mechanisms
• Contribute to prompt engineering, including managing context, memory, and tool interactions

2. Integration & Automation

• Support integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, databases)
• Assist in connecting AI agents to structured and unstructured data sources using retrieval-based methods (e.g., RAG)
• Contribute to automation of workflows and business processes using AI solutions

3. Testing, Optimization & Deployment

• Participate in testing AI solutions using real-world scenarios and defined use cases
• Support monitoring of performance (accuracy, reliability, adoption) and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist in deploying and maintaining solutions in production environments

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Alignment

• Work with business users to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional workflows with guidance from senior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, engineering, product) on project delivery

5. Governance, Risk & Documentation

• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
• Document workflows, configurations, and user guides to support adoption and scalability

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Capabilities

• Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages
• Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio)
• Foundational understanding of APIs, data integration, and automation workflows
• Awareness of prompt engineering concepts and AI application design
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse preferred)
• Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus
• Basic understanding of AI Agent concepts is a plus
• Basic understanding of MCP, tool call/function call of LLM is a plus

Business & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of how AI solutions support business processes and decision-making
• Exposure to data analytics or BI tools (Power BI preferred) is advantageous

• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, simple manner
• Proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Experience & Education Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in AI, data, automation, or technology-related roles (including internships or academic projects)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Hands-on project experience involving AI, automation, or data solutions is highly desirable
