Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services practice assists clients in managing workforce-related business issues by providing tax, immigration, and global mobility HR policy compliance and advisory services to their international assignees.

The Opportunity

Joining People Advisory Services offers the opportunity to manage the complex challenges associated with deploying a globally mobile workforce. We advise clients on:

• The design and implementation of total reward strategies.
• HR and payroll transformation, including tax compliance and advisory for international assignees.
• Managing HR compliance and risk.
• Providing strategic advice on mobility programs.
• Offering technology advisory and project management services.

We work with clients to attract, train, and motivate the necessary talent to achieve organizational goals. By integrating the people agenda into business strategy, we help our clients improve within the evolving global economy and achieve sustainable economic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing personal income tax returns and calculations for clients from diverse and specialized industries.
• Preparing estimated tax calculations to help clients meet their tax payment obligations.
• Assist with various calls and emails as required.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities and tasks.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• GCE "O" Level or above (including those awaiting A-Level results).
• Ability to commit for a 6-month period (January – June 2027).
• Must be an independent and committed team player.
