- Contribute to in-house software development, which may include real-time risk measures for traders and ensuring payments are correctly collated, calculated and executed.
- Design, implement and deploy solutions to meet rapidly changing business and regulatory needs.
- Apply strong coding skills and a logical approach.
Technical Support
- Provide first-line communication between business users and Technology for systems written in-house.
- Diagnose and remediate issues across complex system flows.
- Investigate previously unknown issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in contact with traders and other business staff to help resolve incidents.
- Use excellent communication and technology knowledge to understand the “big picture” and disseminate information to find solutions.
