Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certification
- Degree or equivalent work experience is equally preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Work Experience
- Experience managing SDLC projects.
- Experience within a technology organization in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Understanding of project management concepts.
- Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Project.

Responsibilities
High-Level Responsibilities
- Analyze project parameters, including costs, timelines, technical functions, benefits, and risks.
- Utilize data gathering tools and methods to collect and analyze data for project requirements; assess and document client requirements; and develop functional configuration specifications after thoroughly analyzing business requirements.
- Participate in the development, execution, tracking, and analysis of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans; document and report results and deliverables throughout each project phase.
- Assist the training coordinator in delivering end-user training and providing post-production functional support.
- Complete final testing to ensure conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate upgrades and support with project management vendors, and coordinate training on project management tools and methodologies.
- Participate in developing, maintaining, and publishing project management standards and guidelines; review materials and deliverables for adherence to methodologies and procedures.
- Prepare preliminary interpretation of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
- Provide consulting and/or technical support on project management and/or administration tools to project team members; support the project manager on process improvements and administration.
Detailed Duties
- Provide hands-on technology project management and documentation to support technology initiatives.
- Drive planning at various organizational levels to ensure projects remain on track and properly resourced.
- Ensure timetables and deliverable schedules are clearly understood and communicated to all parties.
- Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to facilitate, expedite, and ensure project plans and documents are completed on time and to a high quality standard.
- Independently drive project deliverables with stakeholders, proactively managing communication, risk, and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
