Key Responsibilities

• Implement and perform daily duties and tasks related to new agent appointments, licensing, agency records maintenance, visa renewal, and CPD reporting.
• Prepare routine reports and ensure the timely completion of daily duties and tasks. Promptly handle and resolve special and complicated cases and inquiries.
• Contribute to system enhancement projects by providing input on User Requirements and performing User Acceptance Testing.
• Serve as a mentor, providing on-the-job training and support to junior staff.
• Possess excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
