Agency Services Specialist

We are looking for an Agency Services Specialist to support daily operations for Distribution and help elevate our service levels to better support our agents and partners.

Job Description

• Review and approve applications for sales activities and campaign management.
• Coordinate marketing materials submitted by the Agency force for review by internal stakeholders, and communicate the outcomes.
• Document and consolidate appeals for presentation to internal decision makers, and process appeals based on given decisions.
• Document and update all SOPs owned by the Agency Services Team to ensure consistency across processes.
• Review SOC deviation applications, Introducer applications, and Agency Leader proxy applications.
• Coordinate key projects for the Agency Services Team.
• Perform other assigned ad hoc duties.

Working Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in operations and/or distribution support.
• Preferably, experience in the insurance/financial industry.

Education

• Degree in any discipline.
