Job Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in London on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This role focuses on the operational support of our Core Wealth platforms and the users associated with them. Working closely with business stakeholders and our third-party platform providers, the role requires developing a deep understanding of how the systems work to provide technical support in investigating and resolving issues, and triaging requests.

Responsibilities

As Wealth Platform Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Level 2 technical support for our core Wealth Management platforms.
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal development teams on incident, request, and change management processes.
• Prioritising technical issues based on impact and urgency while managing a queue of incidents and requests, ensuring thorough work notes are maintained.
• Providing support for application configuration, releases, and upgrades.
• Conducting problem analysis and resolution for application problems, working with business users and third-party suppliers where necessary.
• Participating in testing and release management activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Possess previous experience working in Wealth Management or a similar field, with an understanding of Portfolio management suites and trading platforms.
• Have previous experience in an Application Support role or similar capacity.
• Be proficient in core Microsoft Office systems.
• Have previous experience or awareness of SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Possess an analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and be a first-class problem solver.
• Be delivery focused, capable of multi-tasking, and a strong team player.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of key applications such as Iress, Avaloq, or Fidessa would be highly desirable.
