Intern, IT Service & Technology Support (Oct 2026 - Sep 2027)

Responsibilities

User & Technology Support

• Provide first-level support for employees on common IT and technology-related enquiries.
• Assist with troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, iPads, virtual desktops, and other workplace technology.
• Support the setup, tracking, and management of IT devices.
• Learn how IT service requests and incidents are managed within a corporate environment.

Service Management

• Maintain accurate records of user requests and service issues.
• Help develop and update user guides, FAQs, and knowledge materials.
• Identify recurring user issues and suggest ways to improve the support experience.
• Support reporting and tracking of IT service performance.

Projects & Change

• Support the IT team during system implementations, upgrades, and project go-lives.
• Assist with communication and coordination between users and technical teams.
• Participate in selected technology and process-improvement initiatives.
