PA to Country Director

Role Overview

This is a pivotal and highly trusted role supporting the Country Director of Savills Private Office, who advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals on the acquisition and sale of some of the UK's most prestigious country houses, farms, and estates.

Blending executive support with operational coordination, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced national business. You will act as a key liaison for clients, colleagues, lawyers, advisers, and suppliers, coordinating property transactions, marketing activities, compliance processes, and day-to-day business operations while providing first-class support to the Country Director.

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to anticipate priorities, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and handle sensitive information with discretion. You will ensure the Country Director is well supported, clients receive a responsive and professional service, and key property, marketing, and compliance activities remain accurate, organized, and on schedule.
