Job Description

• Automate daily workflows by addressing operational pain points.
• Reduce the usage of Excel VBA by providing better solutions.
• Build prototypes or tactical tools to prove new operational or analytical ideas.
• Major languages in use are C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python, with some Excel VBA used as a glue language for spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Coding experience using languages similar to C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python/R.
• Willingness to step out of one's comfort zone and learn not only programming practices but also business knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with our major languages—C#, TypeScript, and Python—with the ability to code solutions from scratch.
• Good mathematics and statistics knowledge (understanding concepts like matrices and related operations, correlation, standard deviation, etc.).
• Experience with Excel and VBA as a coding language.
