Summer Intern Position

The Summer Intern will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department with various administrative and logistical tasks, including:

• Keeping track of the recruitment database.
• Managing New Hire Onboarding logistics.
• Assisting with companywide safety initiatives.
• Assisting with background checks and collecting all necessary paperwork for personal files.
• Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and taking minutes.
• Working with the HR team to perform any other necessary HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should:

• Be students studying Human Resources or a related degree.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive and result-oriented.
• Have a good command of spoken and written English, and preferably one Asian language.
