Private Client Banker - Branch Banking

As a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking, you will serve as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, as well as other customers in the Branch. You will manage their complete banking relationship across the company, employing a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth in their balances. Furthermore, you will help acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing both internal and external sources.

Job Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Actively manage client banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs.
• Enhance client convenience by sharing and setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• One or more years of experience as a Branch Banking Banker or equivalent in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, maintaining customer relationships, and revenue generation.
• For individuals not currently registered as of October 1, 2018, completion of the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses is required, or must be successfully completed within 180 days of starting the role.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
