This internship is based in London and is part of the Fever Originals team. As an Event Producer Intern, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

About the Role

As an Event Producer Intern, you will join our London office to support the development, launch, and management of Fever Originals experiences across Turkey and the UK. You will be involved in the full event lifecycle, coordinating production planning, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event reporting to ensure events are delivered successfully and to the highest quality standard.

This role requires working alongside Project Managers and collaborating with various departments, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Creative. You will build relationships with venues, suppliers, agencies, and local partners.

Success in this role demands flexibility, creativity, intense attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. You must be passionate about the entertainment and events industry, comfortable in ambiguous environments, highly detail-oriented, and focused on creating a compelling overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts' production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning and hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
• Create production timelines and ensure all teams adhere to the schedule.
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and concert execution.
• Optimize production costs and processes whenever possible.
• Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements.
• Handle administrative duties, including expense reports, invoicing, and coordinating with the legal department on contracts.
• Assist in scaling experiences across Turkey and the UK.
• Be prepared for domestic and international travel and working across different time zones.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
• Previous experience in the event production industry is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize various project aspects efficiently.
• Understanding of technical production requirements.
• A strong appetite for learning and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
• Solution-focused approach, capable of identifying problems and devising viable solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to actively participate in execution ("get hands dirty").
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process typically lasts 20 working days. Please note that offers are usually extended within a week of the final stage.

1. 30-minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss career planning, assess cultural fit, and answer questions.
2. A 60-minute online test covering three areas: logic, analytics, and written comprehension.
3. A 45-minute video call with members of your potential team, which includes questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance).
