Event Producer Intern - London

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

About the Role

As an Event Producer Intern, you will join our London office to support the development, launch, and management of Fever Originals experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international team and gain hands-on experience creating memorable experiences across Turkey and the UK.

You will be involved in the full event lifecycle—from production planning and logistics coordination to onsite execution and post-event reporting—ensuring our events are delivered successfully, efficiently, and to the highest quality standard. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and various departments across Fever, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Creative, while building relationships with venues, suppliers, agencies, and local partners.

This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. Candidates must be passionate about the entertainment and events industry and comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment. You must be exceptionally detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and strive to create compelling experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts' production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning/hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
• Create production timelines and ensure teams adhere to the schedule.
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive concert alignment and execution.
• Optimize production costs and processes whenever possible.
• Secure necessary event permits and meet insurance requirements.
• Handle administrative duties, including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
• Assist in scaling experiences across Turkey and the UK.
• Domestic and international travel and working across different time zones may be required.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Preferably some prior experience in the event production industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, organizing and executing various project aspects efficiently.
• Understanding of technical production requirements.
• Strong appetite for learning and ability to quickly acquire new skills.
• Solution-focused mindset, capable of identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to "get hands dirty."
• Starting date: As soon as possible.
