Role Overview

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences. This role will support Fever Originals’ team growth in Turkey, while being based in London. This is an early, high-growth opportunity with ownership in creating new experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new vendor and venue partnerships.
• Help scale the Candlelight experience in Turkey and the UK.
• Coordinate with different internal teams at Fever.
• Work with the Fever marketing team to ensure events drive impact in ticket sales and coverage.
• Represent the Fever brand at events.
• Make informed decisions based on data, including P&L analysis.

Qualifications

The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Experience or passion for the entertainment industry is a plus.

• Fluent English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical skills, as decisions are made from data conclusions.
• Organized and efficient, with leadership and time-management abilities.
• Excellent social and stakeholder management skills, including working with teams and multiple partners.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Eager to help build teams.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive and independent.
• Confident taking ownership of projects.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, demanding environment and takes ownership of exciting projects.
