Contract Executive, Processing

The Life and Health Operations (LHO) department ensures customers receive affordable and comprehensive life and health products through efficient processes and optimal customer service. You will join the Health Policy Servicing team, responsible for handling policy servicing transactions for our IncomeShield plans. You will report to the Policy Servicing Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform health policy servicing transactions, including Change of plan type, Termination, Change payer, and Change payment method, within expected turnaround times.
• Prepare necessary correspondence following the completion of transactions.
• Conduct regular quality checks on staff work.
• Lead projects (within or across departments) aimed at improving process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support company-wide initiatives, such as reviewing letters, work instructions, forms, and system enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the life and/or health insurance industry, along with relevant insurance qualifications, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the business environment and industry practices of insurance intermediaries specializing in individual life or health insurance.
• Ability to perform effectively under tight timelines and pressure.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work extra hours when required.
• Adept at multitasking and managing various concurrent projects.
