Omni Channel Executive

As an Omni Channel Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the day-to-day operations of the channel. You will be responsible for preparing and executing key tasks to ensure business and operational functions are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the onboarding and offboarding of advisors for the Omni Channel.
• Collect, process, and update data for project and business management reporting.
• Handle servicing enquiries from customers and advisors.
• Process vouchers for digital and partnership campaigns.
• Provide administrative support, including checking submissions and processing payment documents.
• Set up and coordinate operations for proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation for product deployments.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and External Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a high degree of data confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize work, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines.
