Job Description

• Work closely with requirements stakeholders to understand the complete needs for system enhancements or projects.
• Prepare test scripts based on the end-to-end test scope.
• Collaborate with system stakeholders to prepare necessary test data for the end-to-end testing scope.
• Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute test automation scripts for functional testing.
• Track and monitor testing progress and oversee defect resolution.
• Provide regular test progress reports.
• Ensure User Acceptance Testing exit criteria are met before signoff.
• Engage relevant stakeholders in reviewing test results and touchpoints for user training.
• Participate in live verification for system enhancements and projects.
• Provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Good knowledge of testing practices and experience testing retail banking applications, including core banking applications, branch teller applications, self-service banking applications, internet banking, and mobile banking applications.
• Skilled in test automation and script writing, preferably using the TOSCA test automation tool.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with internet banking, mobile applications, and digital solutions.
