AI Solutions Analyst (12 Month FTC)

This role is part of the AI Business Solutions group, joining a fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for transforming how Chubb operates globally and delivering meaningful business impact across the value chain.

This position offers the opportunity to leverage the full spectrum of digital capabilities to solve a wide variety of business problems and tackle unique challenges in problem-solving. The focus is on applying a combination of industry-standard practices and innovative ideas to fundamentally transform Chubb's operations.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze current ('as-is') processes (functional specifications and user stories), recommending improvements by mapping to future ('to-be') business processes aligned with our operating model.
• Liaise between the business and a diverse team including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), C-suite executives, Experience Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA.
• Coordinate and collaborate with all project stakeholders during workshops.
• Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications using the latest technologies.
• Create and review test cases, and coordinate with business stakeholders and end-users for user acceptance testing.
• Be involved in testing various AI models to ensure they meet business expectations regarding accuracy and performance.
• Contribute to the design of ongoing solutions and the user support required after transition.
• Work across multiple projects or smaller tasks when workflow allows, to help support the AI function.
