Introduction

This internship will support the team in driving automation, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives. The role offers hands-on experience in robotic process automation (RPA), data engineering, and investment operations while working alongside business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and enhance automation solutions, data pipelines, dashboards, and workflows.
• Research and apply technologies such as RPA, Snowflake, Python, and AI-driven solutions.
• Support the team’s core operational activities through process optimisation and automation.
• Gather user requirements, document processes, and develop technical specifications and user guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and the sustainability of solutions.
• Assist in the testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel VBA, R, and data automation tools.
• Familiarity with databases, web scraping, Snowflake, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional and dependable, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes.
