Disclosure Analyst

Supports the delivery, review, quality control, and maintenance of Vanguard Europe’s fund and regulatory disclosures. This role works closely with the Senior Disclosure Specialist and business partners to ensure all disclosures are accurate, consistent, timely, and supported by appropriate evidence.

The Disclosure Analyst provides operational and risk management support across key disclosure processes, including prospectuses, UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SFDR, SDR disclosures, and related fund documentation. The analyst helps maintain trackers, control records, document versions, review schedules, and evidence packs, supporting the team’s ability to deliver high-quality regulatory disclosure outcomes in a controlled and audit-ready manner.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports the production, review, and maintenance activities across key regulatory and fund disclosure documents, including prospectuses, UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SFDR disclosures, and related fund documentation. Helps ensure assigned activities are completed accurately, consistently, and within required timelines.
  • Performs first-line quality control and editorial review of disclosure materials, checking for consistency, completeness, formatting, version control, plain-English clarity, and alignment with agreed source materials. Escalates technical, regulatory, or judgment-based points to the Senior Disclosure Specialist as needed.
  • Maintains disclosure trackers, action logs, review schedules, evidence records, and document repositories to support effective governance, auditability, and timely delivery across disclosure processes.
  • Supports the Senior Disclosure Specialist with disclosure updates (including the implementation of new disclosures) arising from fund events, prospectus changes, regulatory developments, or business-driven changes, helping to identify impacted documents, gather inputs, coordinate review steps, and document outcomes.
  • Coordinates with internal business partners, including Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk, Distribution, Finance, and other Regulatory Operations teams, to obtain inputs, resolve routine queries, and support the completion of disclosure review cycles.
  • Supports governance and approval processes by preparing meeting inputs, maintaining approval records, tracking outstanding actions, and ensuring final disclosure materials are appropriately reviewed before publication or filing.
  • Builds foundational knowledge of applicable disclosure requirements, internal procedures, fund documentation, and operating controls, with a focus on understanding how disclosure changes flow through the broader regulatory operations ecosystem.
  • Identifies and escalates risks, issues, delays, or control gaps that may affect disclosure quality, timeliness, or completeness. Contributes to lessons learned and process improvement activities that enable repeatable, controlled, and scalable disclosure delivery.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Relevant experience in asset management, financial services, regulatory operations, legal, compliance, fund administration, fund documentation, or disclosure production.
  • Familiarity with UCITS funds, fund documentation, product disclosure, or regulatory filing processes is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documents accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to raise issues clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and operate within a strong risk and control environment.
  • Developing analytical skills and willingness to build regulatory, product, and disclosure expertise.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort working with document repositories, trackers, and workflow tools.
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated willingness to contribute to the success of the team and Vanguard.
