Vanguard publishes three named internship tracks for students alongside two earlier-stage exploratory experiences on its student programs page:

• EXPLORE Days – virtual program for first-year undergraduates.
• North Star Sophomore Experiential Learning Program – two-day virtual program for second-year students.
• College to Corporate (C2C) Internship Program – 10-week paid summer internship for sophomores and juniors, with assignments across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Investment Management, IT, and Data & Analytics; held in Malvern PA, Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, and Scottsdale AZ.
• Data Scientist Internship Program – 10-week paid internship for graduate students at the midpoint of their program, based in Malvern PA and Charlotte NC.
• MBA Internship Program – 10-week paid internship for MBA students at the midpoint of their program with at least five years of work experience, based in Malvern PA.

Each internship is an explicit feeder into one of Vanguard's full-time Vanguard Specialty Programs – the Financial Advisor Development Program, Investment Management Development Program, Technology Leadership Program (with a Data Science & AI track), and MBA Development Program. A summer here therefore reads as a recruiting step inside a rotational pipeline rather than a standalone work experience: candidates aiming for the full-time rotational programs are converting through the matched summer first, and the choice of internship track effectively sets the full-time track.
