Position Purpose
Support the Director and Head of Asia, based in Singapore and the UK respectively, on real estate transactions and deal pipelines originating from Europe. The role involves preparing client materials, analysing documents and data, and coordinating with colleagues and clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris, the UK, the Middle East, and wider Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Southeast Asia in the operation of the Singapore office and assist the International Investment Group in Europe as required.
- Support the team on transactions and deal pipelines from Europe.
- Prepare presentations and other materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Analyse key documents and data in coordination with the business and clients.
- Communicate and support other International Investment Group members in the Middle East, Hong Kong, and Europe.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases covering deals, pipelines, client requirements, and ownership lists.
- Support the Head of Southeast Asia in working with the Bank and developing internal counterparty relationships.
- Develop competencies in financial modelling and the appraisal of investment opportunities. Although these documents are created in Europe, a local market understanding is required.
- Support the Head of Southeast Asia on required Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulatory and administrative matters.
- Assist the Head of Southeast Asia and KEO with regulatory and administrative duties to ensure compliance with CEA and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines.
- Develop knowledge of local property markets in the region to provide a broader context for European markets and understand the drivers of outward investment.
- Maintain working knowledge of the main European property markets and relevant political, economic, and market activity in the region.

Education and Experience
- Diploma or degree, with one to three years of work experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- CEA Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence is an advantage.
